Quick on site installation technique is applied on the produced hose standards those are DN8- DN10-DN12-DN16-DN20-DN25 water connetion hoses.This connection technique minimize the labor cost and product expenses and right along with it provides the time saving and easy montage. Through the stainless characteristic of the hose it is hygienic and longevous. Also it does not make cross section reduction and provides the complete transition to the fluid.
As it is shown on the picture;
After cutting the stainless steel metal hose according to the montage distance , the nut is fitted on the hose and than one corrugation of the hose is compressed by the special compressing tool. The stainless segment is installed at the back of the compressed corrugation. Your connection will be ready with using the gasket. Which is made heatproof material and used between two connection.
This product specially used in Europe extensively and also used with sure touch at the water installation where the flexible connection is necessary.
